Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data is processed when you use the One for Mommy mobile application and the littlebite.app website.

Effective date: June 6, 2026

1. Who is responsible for the data

The data controller is the developer of the One for Mommy application ("we", "us", or "our"). For privacy questions and deletion requests, contact privacy@littlebite.app.

2. Data we process

Email address

We receive your email address when you provide it to sign in, restore access, receive important service messages, or contact support. We do not use your email for marketing messages without separate consent.

Technical analytics

We use Yandex AppMetrica to understand how the app performs, fix errors, and improve its features. Depending on the platform, SDK version, and configuration, the following data may be processed:

  • device model, operating system, language, app version, and technical characteristics;
  • installation and referral information, launches, sessions, screens, and in-app events;
  • crash, error, and performance information;
  • IP address and technical identifiers, including the AppMetrica device identifier and Apple Identifier for Vendor (IDFV).

We do not send the child's name, date of birth, diary entries, foods, reactions, or notes to AppMetrica. We also do not intentionally enable precise location collection.

Advertising identifiers and partners

To measure advertising campaign performance, the app or integrated partners may request access to Apple's advertising identifier (IDFA) and process attribution data. On iOS, such access is only possible after the App Tracking Transparency system prompt and your permission. Refusing permission does not limit the diary's core features.

If we add a new advertising or analytics partner, we will update this policy and the App Store privacy disclosures before the relevant processing begins.

3. Diary data stays on your device

We do not receive or process the contents of your solids diary.

The child's name, age or date of birth, selected foods, portions, serving methods, reactions, observations, and other diary entries are stored locally on your device. They are not sent to our servers or to AppMetrica.

Deleting the app may delete this data. The operating system may include app data in a device backup; you and the platform provider control those backups.

4. How we use data

  • to create and protect access to the app;
  • to send necessary service messages and respond to support requests;
  • to analyze stability, feature usage, and installation sources;
  • to prevent abuse and maintain security;
  • to measure advertising campaigns when the relevant features are enabled and required permissions have been obtained;
  • to comply with legal obligations.

5. Who may receive data

We may share only the data necessary with providers of infrastructure, authentication, email delivery, analytics, and advertising attribution services. AppMetrica processes technical data under the AppMetrica Terms of Use and the Yandex Privacy Policy.

We do not sell your personal data. Data may also be disclosed where required by law or as part of a project reorganization, subject to applicable privacy obligations.

6. Legal bases and retention

We process data to perform our agreement with you, based on your consent, to comply with law, and for legitimate interests in securing and improving the app.

Your email is retained while needed for your account and the service, or until a valid deletion request is received, unless a longer period is legally required. Analytics retention periods are determined by our AppMetrica settings and the relevant provider's rules.

7. Your choices and rights

  • You can deny tracking or change your permission in iOS Settings under Privacy & Security → Tracking.
  • You can delete local entries using the app's controls, where available, or remove the app from your device.
  • You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your email and other data held by us by contacting privacy@littlebite.app.
  • You may withdraw consent previously given; this does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

Before completing a request, we may ask you to verify control of the relevant email address.

8. Security and international processing

We use reasonable organizational and technical safeguards. No transmission or storage method can guarantee absolute security. Service providers may process data in countries other than your country of residence, subject to safeguards required by applicable law.

9. Children

The app is intended for parents and other adult caregivers, not for independent use by children. We do not knowingly request personal data directly from children. Information about a child entered by an adult remains on the device and is not transmitted to us.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the app, our partners, or legal requirements change. The current version will always be available at littlebite.app/en/privacy/, with its effective date shown at the top.
